About​
GLOOM! Slay at Night is a 2.5D Retro FPS Shooter game made in Unity in 3 weeks with a group of five people known as Dream Team for our 2nd project in Casual Game Production. (DIG 4720C)

Team Members: Chase Rook, Giancarlo Penton, Peyton Paul, Cesar Silva and Logan Waltersdorff

Play as a young and inexperienced but still certified Ghost Slayer: Ecto Plasmius, who is sent on a mission by his professor, Professor Fenton. What is the mission you may ask? Enter a haunted mansion at 3 am in the morning and slay some ghosts while finding the three keycards to escape the mansion.

  • Sole programmer on the team coding all the scripts in C#
  • Responsible for creating the narrative used in the game
  • Created UI, menus,animator controllers and co-developed the levels in Unity
  • Implemented EventSystem, Controller support, and Audio
  • Implemented Options/Settings, Audio Mixer, Post-Processing, and 2D Tilemap Extras
